Product Description:

Plastic film squeezing machine is one of the important equipment in the film recycling production line.
Used to squeeze the cleaned film material. It has the characteristics of mechanical extrusion dehydration, high torque, barrier-free, easy to maintain machine life, and fully automatic.

The AT-380 film squeezer can process 800-1000 kg of material per hour. The type of reducer of the extruder is determined according to the output. The dirty material can be cleaned and transferred to our squeezer to reduce its humidity to a minimum. Therefore, the secondary energy consumption can be minimized.

The machine is manufactured from heavy plates by gas welding. There are protective plates around the film squeezing machine to prevent any hazards around the machine due to some reasons. This machine is newly developed and designed by us. It is equipped with an electric control cabinet, and its feed port can easily control the squeezing effect; this machine is specially used to process plastic film, plastic bags, non-woven bags, and snakeskin bags Wait. Compared with the previous hot air drying, this mechanical extrusion dehydration can solve the drying problem better.

The final moisture of the plastic film material dried by mechanical extrusion is about 3%. This kind of film squeezing machine is surrounded by protective plates to prevent any hazards around the machine due to some reasons.


Machine how to work
The fragments and film bags crushed by the shredder will be put into the squeezing machine. Driven by the reducer, the inner screw pushes the material into the drainage bin. Then the dynamic pressure chamber presses down the oil cylinder to form a new conical port with the fixed pressure chamber conical port, allowing the material to stay in the drainage bin until there is too much material. Then the material will be squeezed, and the excess water will be discharged through the drain hole. The up and down movement of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the electric current of the reducer. This current can be set manually. When the current is higher than the horizontal current, the hydraulic cylinder will raise the silo so that the material will be squeezed out; when the current is lower than the horizontal current, the hydraulic cylinder will make the silo go down, so that the water is discharged, thus achieving the squeeze Dry effect.
