Engineering plastic PC modification requires baking before processing. The drying requirements are generally 110-120 ° C for 3-5 hours. For alloys, the temperature of the baking can be appropriately reduced depending on the alloy. The processing temperature is generally 240-290 ° C, for the alloy is generally 220-260 ° C. For PCs that are prone to stress, it is best to control the mold temperature at 60-120 ° C.
